NRHA sends heartfelt condolences to NRHA Past President Frank Costantini on the passing of his dear mother Rose. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
Rose was born February 19, 1927 in Neffs, Ohio, the daughter of Louis and Anna (Novy) Perunko. Rose was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She had worked for Prudential Insurance Co. before marrying Frank L. Costantini Sr. on July 28, 1951. Rose was a devoted wife and mother to her family. She was a member of St. Rose Church, Mt. Carmel Society, the Catholic Women’s Society and Girard Senior Bocce league. She enjoyed reading, playing bocce and sewing, and was a seamstress for many years.
