NRHA Welcomes Longtime Sponsor as a New Corporate Partner

For Immediate Release – June 06 2018 – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – It is impossible to think about the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) Futurity and Derby without picturing the Shorty’s Caboy Hattery booth in the main concourse. Each year, people flock to the booth to purchase new hats, get an old hat reshaped or even just to talk to Shorty, Bobbie and the team. After many years of supporting NRHA through event sponsorships, Shorty’s Caboy Hattery has joined hands with the association as a new NRHA Corporate Partner.

Established in Stockyards City, Oklahoma in 1990, Shorty Koger began building the Hattery by traveling to trade shows at rodeos, reinings and many other western horse events across the United States. Over the years, the brand has become known for its top-of-the-line quality and customization options with handcrafted stitching, fun designs/colors and impressive detail. The store has everything—from stock straws to fully customizable felts; there is a Shorty’s hat for everyone!

Shorty’s passion for the equine industry is evident in her support of the sport of reining and NRHA. “I consider this a big honor to be a corporate partner with NRHA. I appreciate the loyalty of the National Reining Horse Association for the past 25 years and look forward to many more!”

Sammi Miller, NRHA Director of Corporate Relations, is ecstatic to bring Shorty’s on as an NRHA Corporate Partner. “Welcoming Shorty’s Caboy Hattery to the NRHA Corporate Partner family is more than ‘fitting;’ it is a commitment to growing our sport and celebrating each individual that rides into the show pen. Aligning our brand with the Shorty’s brand is a win-win for NRHA.”

NRHA looks forward to continuing the great rapport established with Shorty’s Caboy Hattery over the years and welcomes them as a new corporate partner!
