NRHA Show Secretary Seminar Opportunities in Japan

For Immediate Release –  August 17, 2018 – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – The sport of reining has continued to gain popularity and interest from equine enthusiast across the globe. Now in more than 40 countries, the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) is excited to announce an upcoming opportunity in Japan.

Held in conjunction with the 19th AMAHA Reining Classic 2018, NRHA will be holding a show secretary seminar for anyone who is interested in becoming certified. The show will run October 12 – 14 and take place at the Gotemba City Equestrian Sports Center. During this seminar, participants can expect to discuss a variety of important topics for show secretaries including:

  • A look into the show manager’s responsibilities at an NRHA show and how the manager can make the event a fun-filled experience
  • A review and study on how affiliates tie into NRHA shows
  • Certification to be an NRHA Show Secretary, including in-depth training on management and affiliate involvement
  • A chance to sit down with other secretaries, show managers, and affiliate contacts and share stories and ideas from past experiences

The event is open to all current NRHA secretaries, those needing to recertify, or those who are interested in becoming certified. Show managers interested in taking part in the seminar are welcomed to attend, as well.
