Provided by HorseAcademy (Ramona Billing) – Daniel Straumann‘s HorseAcademy in Mooslargue (France) will host another big reining event this year: the 2018 HorsesAcademy Trophy from August 15 to 19. The $ 60,000-added show includes a $ 24,000-added Open, a $12,000-added Non Pro, as well as the $15,000-added NRHA Swiss Derby.
The event is judged by Eugenio Latorre, Nicole Kubli, Uli Kofler, and Sylvia Katschker. Deadline for entries is July 27, 2018. Entry forms will be available on June 19: www.showmanager.eu www.NRHA.ch and www.horseacademy.net.
HorseAcademy is one of Europe’s most beautiful and modern reining facilities. It offers excellent conditions for high class reining events with its 40 x 80 m show arena, a 30 x 70 m warm-up arena, a 40 x 80 m outdoor arena as well as 140 box stalls. The facility gained international reputation with its $100,000 World Reining Trophy (2004-2006) which attracted international top reiners like Shawn Flarida. At the moment HorseAcademy hosts eight respectively nine shows each year including the NRHA Swiss Derby and the 3-Nations-Circuit.
The 2018 HorseAcademyTrophy starts on August 15 with the Any Horse Any Rider classes. The Intermediate and Limited will follow on Thursday, August 16. On Friday, August 17, there will be the Swiss Derby Open as well as the $12,000-added Non Pro. The Swiss Derby Non Pro is scheduled for Saturday, August 18, with the $24,000-added Open following. Of course, there will be paid warm ups.
