Eleven horses had made it to the AustrianRHA Futurity Non Pro final Level 1 of the 3-year-old horses. The Futurity Championship was claimed by 18-year-old Franziska Wallner from Germany aboard her Shes Jerseylicious (Yellow Jersey x Shiney Enterprise). The mare which was bred by McQuay Stables, were second after the go round and scored a 210 in the final.
“I’m so happy – I still cannot believe that we won the Futurity,“ said Franziska. “We bought the mare last year at the Legacy Sale. She was great in the go round where we scored a 212.5. And in the final she really showed her big heart.” It was another big success for Franziska this year after winning the IRHA Derby Non Pro L1 and the NRHA European Derby finals L4 as well as the NRHA Breeders Derby final.
Two riders tied for the Futurity Reserve Championship: Luca Ottaviani aboard Im A Snappy Dunit (LMC Im Topsail Dunit x Gingersnapple), a mare bred by Farnco Cozza, and Alicja Olejnik aboard her mare CSG Lean With Gun (Colonels Shining Gun x Fly Flashy Whiz).
AustrianRHA Futurity Limited Open Champion, 3-year-old Horses:
Nicola Cordioli & Late Little Whiz
In a field of 23 finalists, Nicola Cordioli from Italy and Andrea Pengo’s Late Little Whiz (Walla Walla Whiz x Late Little Jaba) scored a 216.5 claiming the 2019 AustrianRHA Futurity Championship Limited Open entschied der Italiener Nicola Cordioli mit Andrea Pengos Late Little Whiz (Walla Walla Whiz x Late Little Jaba). The stallion was bred by Cordioli, who was 2014 AustrianRHA Futurity Champion Open and Int. Open.
Austrian Valentina Sagmeister and Whiz Ninja Orima (Laredo Whiz x Jacflame ) earned the Resereve Futurity Champion title for owner and breeder Helmut Schulz scoring a 215.5. Sagmeister was 2017 AustrianRHA Futurity Champion Int. Open.
With a score of 213, Italian Alois Kompatscher and his Welcometothejungle (Hang Ten Surprize x MS Title Nine) placed third. The stallion was bred by Heike Melanie Ebler.
AustrianRHA Futurity Champion Open L1, 3-year-old Horses: Saul Luca Bruzzi & Danger Trash

The Level 1 Open Futurity Championship was won by Saul Luca Bruzzi aboard Danger Trash (Gunatrashya x Holiday With Peppy), a mare bred by Emanuele Colleoni and owned by Societa Agricola CD Horses SR. The two scored a 212. Bruzzi had already taken the lead in the go round together with Austrian Gabriele Wendlinger who became Reserve Futurity Chjampion aboard her gelding Gunfighting Smurf (Gunners Smokin Oak x A Fancy Misty Glo) scoring a 211.5. The horse was bred by Sonja Mammel.
Italian Ezio Regoni placed third aboard Carlo Ambrosini‘s PL Spooks Gotta Whiz (Spooks Gotta Gun x Little Dolly Whiz) scoring a 209. The mare was bred by Luigi Parise.
AustrianRHA Futurity Non Pro Champion L1, 4-year-old Horses: Veit Ostermaier &Burning Down Da House
With a score of 215,5 Veit Ostermaier from Germany claimed the AustrianRHA Futurity Championship Non Pro L1 aboard his gelding Burnin Down Da House (Great Sun Burst x Whiz And Charm). The two had been second after the go round. Burnin Down Da House was bred by Martina Sgarzani.
Kara Sarasova from the Czech Republic and her KH Yankee Step (Rowdee Yankee x Step A Little Closer) placed second scoring a 215. Third place honours went to 19-year-old Nina Dan from Austria aboard her Blue Eye Gunlady (HF Mobster x Darlene Enterprize, 214.5).
AustrianRHA Futurity Champion Limited Open and L1, 4-year-old Horses: Daniela Saupe & Smart N Surprising

With a 220.5 Daniela Saupe from Germany and her Smart N Surprising (Smart Spook x Just Miss Enterprise) became AustrianRHA Futurity Champion Limited Open and L1. The two hd also taken the lead after the L1 go round. Daniela and her stallion had been L1 Open Champion at the NRHA European Futurity 2019. Michael Saupe rode the horse to the 2018 IRHA Futurity Reserve Championship L1.
The Reserve Futurity Championship Limited Open was claimed by Giovanni Masi de Vargas aboard Mariangela Di Pierro’s Bugs At Nite (Gunners Special Nite x Scats Ebony Shiner) who scored a 219.5. The stallion which was bred by Sheryl A Kaefer, was 2019 NRHA European Futurity Champion Open L2 and 7th at the 2018 NRHA Breeders Futurity with Giovanni in the saddle.
Scoring a 219, Steve Ouellet (Italy) and Nadine Olah‘s BHB Holly Shiningun (Colonels Shining Gun Dun Kissed The Sky ) placed third in Limited Open. The mare was bred by Valerie Fontaine.
In L1, the Reserve Futurity Championship was claimed by Levin Ludwig from Germany aboard Hans Isler‘s Einsteins Resolve (Einsteins Revolution x Charleys Smart Miss). The two had been second after the L1 go round and scored a 218.5 in the final..
Thirs place honours went to Josie Wendel and her Dressed Chic (Sharp Dressed Shiner x Smart Chiclet ) who scored a 213.5. The mare was bred by La Mesa Performance Horses LLC.
